On Friday 18 July 2008 at the Radio Today studios in Parktown North, MaAfrika Tikkun's Amanda Blankfield, and two MaAfrika Tikkun karate and human development trainees, Ouma Chaane and Sylvia Sekeleleka, with Brooks Spector, host of the station's weekly Arts Today program. Ouma and Sylvia recently completed a two month course in community development -- and karate, of course -- in New York City. They live and work in Orange Farm, near Evaton, in the southern part of Gauteng.
