Scott McRae, born and educated in Glasgow, Scotland, was transferred to South Africa in 1972 by a UK based Group as a Marketing and Sales Consultant to a local company involved in the building industry.

In 1974 he joined the Camdon’s Real Estate Group in 1974 and has remained with the group for 32 years during which time he was seconded for a period of 3 years as a consultant and Director of the Marketing Division of a large listed building and development company.

Scott has extensive experience in most aspects of the Real Estate industry and his passion has been in conducting extensive Real Estate training seminars both at home and overseas

He has been extensively quoted in both local and overseas publications on the subject of Real Estate and has been regularly featured in TV and Radio.

He is an Associate Valuer of the South African Council of Valuers and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors of Southern Africa.

He is a Director and presenter in one of South Africa’s most successful community Radio Stations, 1485 am, Radio Today, operating in the greater Johannesburg Area

He has Degrees in speech and drama from the London College of Music and Drama and is sought after as an after dinner speaker and master of ceremonies

He is a member of the Territorial Advisory Council of the Salvation Army of Southern Africa where he advises in all aspects of Real Estate
